I am a great believer in connecting with nature and my Taurus moon gets me out in the garden to ground and unwind! I became interested in moon gardening and how the moon affects not just us but also our earth, the soil, the flowers, vegetable growing.

So I now garden with the changing of the moon phases as much as the changing seasons.

 

As the moon waxes and wanes through each cycle it affects how plants grow and the water table rises and falls creating opportune planting, sowing and harvesting times as the moon’s gravitational pull has an effect on our earth. By using this simple wheel you can plan your months growing and harvesting in accordance to the phases of the moon in order to give optimal results.

Constructed of two wheels it is easy to use and also is perpetual so will be of use indefinitely. This handy tool is set each month by checking the new moon date and lining up the new moon symbol with the date that month. You then follow the wheel from new moon starting point and sow and harvest according to the instructions. It's simple but effective in helping guide you through the growing season...
